The Southwest Research & Design Institute of the Chemical Industry (SWRDICI), which was founded in 1958, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the China Haohua Chemical (Group) Corp and a key Ministry of Chemical Industry R&D institute engaged in scientific research, technological development, engineering design, project contracts, technical consultation, manufacturing, and trade in technology.
